Follow-up visits may be booked online.
The first appointment will generally take 90 minutes (intake and acupuncture treatment)
Follow-up appointments are approximately 45 to 60 minutes.
Any treatment may also include electric stimulation or cupping as well as herbal prescriptions, nutrition recommendations/diet therapy, supplements, and other self-care may be suggested.
In the initial visit, we will share an in-depth consultation about your health concerns, health history, and your wellness goals. It is important to know as much about your health as possible in order to provide the best care.
If you have had recent blood work or diagnostic testing, please bring a copy or email a copy before your initial visit.
